Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING: We recycle shipping boxes and shipping supplies as much as possible to
keep shipping costs/handling charges to a minimum. All shipping/handling costs will
be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We have daily pick-up services with USPS, UPS and FEDEX. We
will ship whichever way is cheapest unless you have a shipping method preference.
Please advise us at the time of purchase if you prefer a certain shipping method so we
can invoice you for the correct amount.
RETURN POLICY: Return requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of the
merchandise. After 30 days after receiving your item(s), all sales will be considered
final. Returns will be accepted only if the item arrives to you not as described. If the
return request is approved, you will be issued an RMA#. The part(s) must be returned in
the original packaging and in the same condition as listed on eBay and shipped to you,
referencing the RMA# assigned to the return shipment. The buyer will be responsible
for all return shipping fees. A refund will be issued to the buyer after the item has been
returned and has passed an incoming inspection.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: Shipping damage is rare, and we have experience shipping parts
all over the world. If the item does arrive damaged, please notify us within 3 days of
receipt. You will need to take photos of the box and packaging material/part in the
condition it arrived in. Also please keep the shipping box/crate/pallet and any shipping
material. We take shipping photos that show the condition of the part and the
packaging at the time of shipping. A damage claim will need to be filed as soon as
possible with the shipping company, and all of this is required by them.
